Auglaize County Agricultural Society Policy number # 1 -2024
The Auglaize County Agricultural Society adopted Policy #1-2024 at their monthly meeting on January 8,2024. Policy states that all records are open to the public for viewing during normal office hours with a three working days' notice. Persons wanting copies of documents will be charges $1 per page.

Auglaize County Agricultural Society Policy number # 2-2024
The Auglaize County Agricultural Society adopted Policy #2-2024 at their monthly meeting on January 8,2024. Policy states that all receipts and Fair tickets must be keep for five years, and payroll must be kept for seven years. It is the responsibility of the office staff to remove files on a timely bases and dispose of them a proper manner.
Steve Turner moved to adopt Policy #2-2024. Seconded by Bryon Stumbaugh. Motion passed.
Meetings
Regular scheduled Fairboard meeting well be held the second Monday of each month. Excluding the month of August that will be held the Friday before the annual Fair, and the November will be held the first Saturday of November. The annual meeting will be held the first Saturday of November at 7am. All other meetings will be held at 8pm.
